The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) invites tenders from interested eligible bidders for the Supply of the following:

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain detailed information from and inspect the tender documents at the IEBC Procurement office, Anniversary Towers, fifth floor, room 514, during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. - 1.00p.m. and 2.00p.m. - 4.30p.m.

A complete set of tender documents in PDF may be obtained by interested tenderers by downloading free of charge from IEBC website at www.iebc.or.ke or from Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP website) www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@iebc.or.ke before the closing date; to enable communication for any tender clarifications and addenda.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with tender reference number and be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the Tender Box at the 5th Floor reception, Anniversary Towers, so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 1st September 2026, at 10.00 a.m. East African Time: for Tender No. IEBC/OIT/01/2026-2027 and Tuesday, 1st September 2026, at 12.00 noon East African Time for Tender No. IEBC/OIT/02/2026-2027. Late bids will be rejected.

Tender No. IEBC/OIT/01/2026-2027 will be opened immediately thereafter, at the 21st Floor Conference Room, Anniversary Towers, University Way, Nairobi and Tender No. IEBC/OIT/02/2026-2027 will be opened at 15th Floor Conference Room Anniversary Towers, University Way, Nairobi in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives whose choice to attend.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Kenya Shillings Thirty Million (KES 30,000,000) for Tender No. IEBC/OIT/01/2026-2027 and Kenya Shilling Forty Million (KES 40,000,000) for Tender No. IEBC/OIT/02/2026-2027 from a reputable financial institution, Insurance Company or a banker's cheque payable to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, and must be valid for 270 days after bid submission date.
