Background

Ando is hiring! We are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Intern to support our live operations and customer experience. The Operations Intern will support day-to-day live operations, ensuring smooth order flow, strong customer service, and efficient coordination between kitchen, riders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support live order management and dispatch coordination
• Monitor and improve customer experience across all touchpoints
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Assist in tracking operational performance metrics (prep time, delivery time, etc.)
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Support implementation of operational improvements and SOPs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food operations and/or customer service is required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Proficiency in basic tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

Someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in live operations—similar in capability and ownership to previous interns in this role.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
