About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the golf program, retail shop, and customer experience. The role involves managing training schedules, events, partnerships, and operational systems to ensure efficiency, growth, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth
- Manage golf training schedules, participant onboarding, and program logistics
- Oversee daily operations of the Golf Shop to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control
- Supervise operational support staff
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools
- Strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency and impact
