Our client a funeral home is looking to hire an OM with 8 plus years of experience as an OM in a retail environment, Microfinance or any other service industry.

  • To oversee daily smooth operations of the organisation's various branches, compliance, staff management, marketing, customer service and ensuring each branch is running smoothly.
  • Opening new branches among other duties.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinking, good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentations
