Position Overview
Seeking a results-oriented Manager to oversee daily operational activities, lead departmental teams, and drive growth and efficiency within our Nairobi facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure all operational targets and KPIs are met.
- Lead, motivate, schedule, and manage operational teams effectively.
- Make strategic tactical decisions to drive operational growth, process efficiency, and overall success.
Qualifications & General Requirements
- Identification: Must possess a valid Kenyan National ID Card.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience: Leadership experience or strong commitment and willingness to learn supervisory duties.
- Availability: Must reside in or near Nairobi and be available for immediate start.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
