DUKALOCO is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across all business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing retail and wholesale operations, leading high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies that enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and profitability.
• Manage wholesale and retail operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, with demonstrated experience in wholesale and retail businesses.
• Proven experience in sales management, marketing, and business development.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems is an added advantage.
