Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and lead staff to achieve set targets and performance objectives
  • Oversee and optimize the effective utilization of all company resources
  • Ensure customers are served efficiently and within agreed service timelines
  • Lead the development and implementation of company strategy and operational plans
  • Ensure the company maintains a healthy, high-quality loan portfolio
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal loan portfolio
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws
  • Drive the company toward sustained profitability and operational excellence
  • Prepare management reports and provide regular updates to the Board of Directors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in lending and debt recovery
  • At least five (5) years’ experience leading or managing a credit department
  • High levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation related to recoveries
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams
