Job Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role provides leadership across all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security, while ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise operational department heads.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
- Support staff training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant hotel operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
