Operations Manager at Summit Recruitment and Search
Our client, a share registrar company, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead its Operations Department.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure achievement of strategic objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor Operations Supervisors, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Develop and implement operational plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, and internal requirements.
- Conduct regular training to enhance service quality and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
- Represent the Operations Department in cross-functional meetings and decision-making forums.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years’ operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role or 3 years in a senior supervisory position, preferably in financial services or share registry operations.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of operational management, compliance frameworks, and risk control.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and report-writing capabilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality service delivery.
