The Supply Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading and supervising Glovo Couriers across expansion cities as they conduct day-to-day operations, managing the Couriers, and ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational functions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide support to different stakeholders with administrative tasks.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of Couriers. Ensure support, documentation, and readiness for brand delivery.
  • Optimize acquisition (growth), retention, and performance for Couriers. Evaluate and improve processes for organizational efficiency.
  • Maintenance and analysis of operational metrics and information to aid in the basic decision-making process of supply chain operational needs, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning the flow
  • Facilitate communication with the Operations Manager on support processes. Aim for high service levels and courier satisfaction.
  • Advise on financial well-being and monitor regulatory compliance. Manage insurance policies and ensure safety protocols.
  • Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the city. Optimize delivery times and Courier earnings.
  • Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact thinking out of the box!
  • Stock management and courier equipment ensuring quality bags on streets
