Are you a results-driven logistics professional with solid supervisory experience in transport and project logistics? Do you have what it takes to represent a leading logistics firm on major client engagements?

We are currently seeking a qualified Operations Supervisor to join our team and lead our day-to-day logistics operations across complex projects including oil & gas, infrastructure, and commercial ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate transport and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

• Supervise scheduling, dispatch, and routing of fleet and personnel to meet project requirements.

• Represent the company in client meetings and engagements, ensuring high service standards and operational transparency.

• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all logistics activities.

• Manage and develop a team of drivers, Operations coordinators, and operational staff.

• Support planning and execution of large-scale and technically demanding logistics projects.

• Prepare and present operational reports to management and clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a supervisory role within a transport and logistics company
  • Proven experience in project logistics, especially in the oil & gas sector and large commercial projects
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a Engineering
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills – ability to professionally represent the company in external engagements Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Sound knowledge of transport compliance, fleet management, and logistics software/tools, knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector would be an advantage.
