- Acting as the first line of response for operational incidents
- Tracking KPIs, SLAs, task completion, and team/vendor performance
- Enforcing operational procedures, safety standards, and site compliance
Ideal profile:
- Strong in operations leadership and team supervision
- Able to manage vendors, site discipline, and service delivery
- Comfortable working in a high-availability, customer-facing environment
- Focused on uptime, accountability, and operational excellence
