Job Overview

We are seeking an Oracle HFM Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE, and Smart View to support financial reporting, data integration, and global financial consolidation systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support application enhancements, financial reporting, data integration, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle HFM, FDMEE, and Smart View applications.
• Manage data integration between ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, and HFM.
• Support financial reporting, data loading, and month-end closing activities.
• Manage HFM Shared Services user provisioning, access, and security roles.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve user requests through ServiceNow.
• Develop, test, and deploy Smart View and Financial Reporting reports.
• Maintain application documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
• Support application testing, patch upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HFM, FDMEE, and Smart View.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods and provide support during US business hours when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visual Basic / VBA and SQL scripting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Shared Services and DRM.
• Experience with SAP or QAD ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint.
