✔️Overseeing and optimizing timely and accurate dispatch of goods & ensuring efficient truck utilization.

✔️Ensuring orders are processed and dispatched on time. ✔️Ensuring order accuracy. ✔️Protecting goods from damage during handling and transportation. ✔️Maintaining a safe and productive work environment. ✔️Minimizing transportation expenses through efficient load planning and route optimization. ✔️Minimizing damage to products and reducing dispatch errors. ✔️Ensuring all manifests are printed and signed before the release of the truck. ✔️Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety. ✔️Any other duties assigned by Management

✔️Exposure to warehouse operations, procedures, and inventory techniques. ✔️Hands on 3 years’ experience in warehousing and stock control in a formal setup. ✔️Proficiency in using WMS software for order processing, inventory management, and dispatch. ✔️Knowledge of the entire logistics process. ✔️Exposure to using an automated warehouse inventory system i.e. Orion. ✔️Should have good work ethics and integrity. ✔️Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. ✔️Ability to deal effectively and courteously with the rest of the team ✔️Good interpersonal and communication skills. ✔️Good numerical skills. ✔️Excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills. ✔️Teamwork and collaboration.

✔️A minimum of Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
