Outlets Merchandiser

Job Summary

The Outlets Merchandiser will ensure company products are properly displayed, adequately stocked, visible, and competitively positioned within assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products according to company merchandising standards.
• Ensure shelves and display areas remain adequately stocked.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and visibility.
• Check expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products.
• Monitor competitor products, promotions, and pricing.
• Maintain good relationships with outlet personnel.
• Collect and report market and customer feedback.
• Support promotional activities and product launches.
• Prepare merchandising and outlet reports.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous merchandising or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in different outlets and travel within assigned areas.
• Energetic, organized, and target-oriented.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
