P1 Teacher (Agape Primary School)

Job Summary

The P1 Teacher is responsible for delivering quality instruction, creating an engaging learning environment, and supporting learners' academic, social, and emotional development in accordance with the Kenyan curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans.
• Teach assigned subjects following the approved curriculum.
• Assess learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom discipline effectively.
• Participate in co-curricular and school activities.
• Communicate learner progress with parents and school administration.

Requirements

• P1 Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and learner development.
