Sales duties involve engaging potential clients, understanding needs, demonstrating products, negotiating deals, and providing after-sales support to achieve sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Contact new and existing customers, build strong relationships, and provide after-sales support. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Product Knowledge: Understand products or services to highlight their value and solve customer problems effectively. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, gather competitor information, and identify new business opportunities. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and track sales progress using CRM software. Reporting: Prepare sales reports detailing goals, performance, and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve sales objectives. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints, handle returns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Liberty in Kiswahili, English and Somali – both written and spoken Minimum High School education A minimum of 6 Months of proven experience in Electronics Sales related Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Must be of Somali origin, with a strong understanding of Somali Markets trends Female candidates only
