POST-LOAN TEAM LEADER
JOB LOCATION: PARKLANDS
AVAILABILITY: IMMEDIATELY
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or above in finance, economics, or management
2+ years of post-loan or collection experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role
Familiar with post-loan processes in digital lending, microfinance, or consumer finance
Strong communication skills, execution ability, and stress tolerance
Proficient in Excel with basic data analysis capability
Experience in Kenyan local collections or Fintech companies is a plus
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
