We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the effective adoption and implementation of the Healthcare Digital Systems across institutional clients. This role provides implementation programs oversight, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with established healthcare standards while driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

• Lead Product & Program Delivery – Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of healthcare digital systems for institutional clients, ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectives.
• Manage Client Relationships – Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and translating client needs into actionable implementation plans.
• Oversee System Implementation – Coordinate system rollout, integration, and configuration while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
• Drive Adoption & Training – Lead client onboarding, training, and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of digital solutions.
• Monitor Performance & Report Progress – Establish KPIs, track system performance, manage risks, and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders on progress and outcomes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proven track record (3+ years) in programs/project management. Experience in healthcare field will be an added advantage.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
