The Project Management Lead ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality/scope. This role spearheads project standards in procurement, risk, communication, and resource management.

Develop project charters, including objectives, scope, schedule, and budget Create comprehensive project documentation and manage resource allocation Secure statutory approvals and engage with regulatory bodies Oversee design processes (concept → tender) and data-driven procurement Track progress using project management tools and adjust plans as needed Negotiate contracts with external advisors/vendors Implement risk mitigation strategies Ensure project handover meets all quality standards Generate value-added systems for organizational uplift Additional Duties: Lead cross-functional project teams Conduct post-project evaluations Optimize project management methodologies
Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools Site experience in active construction projects Strong skills in budgeting, planning, and stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred) 3–5 years’ experience in construction project management
