MMW Advocates LLP has opened applications for its 2026 pupillage programme. Individuals currently undertaking their Advocate Training Programme (ATP) and who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Advocacy: Representing clients in court and other forums, requiring strong public speaking and persuasive argument skills. Legal Analysis: Conducting thorough research, analyzing complex legal information, and providing clear, well-reasoned opinions. Client Management: Building relationships with clients and solicitors, managing their expectations, and explaining complex legal issues in an accessible way. Case Management: Handling a diverse caseload, from large-scale commercial litigation to smaller matters, requiring significant responsibility and organization. Practice Management: As self-employed barristers, managing their own business, including finances, administration, and practice development.
Self-driven and highly motivated. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Keen interest in developing critical thinking.
