JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients.
• Monitor patients, administer medications, and respond to changes in health status.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records.
• Manage equipment within the paediatric unit.
• Participate in health education and counselling for patients and families.
• Uphold quality, safety, and ISO certification standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Registered and licensed with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in paediatric nursing.
• Understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Strong managerial, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• BLS/ACLS certifications are an added advantage.
