Paediatric Nurses
Delivers specialized, family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Direct Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, adhering to established clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Assessment and Monitoring: Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs, growth parameters, and developmental milestones, reporting any changes immediately.
- Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccinations accurately and safely.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies, participating in resuscitation and stabilization procedures.
- Patient and Family Education: Educate parents and caregivers on pediatric health, nutrition, medication adherence, home care practices, and disease prevention.
- Documentation and Quality: Maintain accurate nursing records, uphold strict infection prevention measures, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
