Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or imperfections.
  • Apply paint, primer, varnish, and finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
  • Match colors accurately to ensure neat and professional finishing.
  • Safely operate, clean, and store painting tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety guidelines for handling chemicals.
  • Identify areas needing repair or touch-ups and report them to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Painter is required.
  • Solid understanding of surface preparation techniques and painting application methods.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
  • Flexible, reliable, and available to work on a reliever basis as needed.
  • Hospitality or commercial property maintenance experience is an added advantage.
