Requirements:
- Proven financial and operational management skills
- Experience in the tours, travel, or events industry (maritime experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with maritime safety regulations and best practices
- Must be based in Kilifi
