About the position

As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo partners. Your main role will be to grow your partners and expand their Odoo customer base.
Our partners are ERP integrators and IT companies that include Odoo in their portfolio of solutions. As the main point of contact, you will coach them on best practices related to their business strategy and implementation methodology, while supporting them in their growth throughout the partnership journey.
At the same time, you will be in contact with a wide variety of prospects, ranging from SMEs to large companies. You will identify their needs, carry out personalized demonstrations of the product and play an intermediary role by putting them in touch with the most suitable partner.
Responsibilities
- Help our Odoo partners learn how to effectively sell and implement Odoo software. You can find the list of our partners by country HERE
- Act as a business coach and have an impact on all aspects of your partners' business. You can consult the list of our partners by country HERE
- Build long-term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio
- Work on incoming leads and manage the entire sales cycle: qualify customer needs, convince them with personalized demonstrations, negotiate prices
- Connect customers with the right Odoo partner and close the deal
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Management
- Fluency in French & English
- At least two years of experience in sales or technology
- Excellent communication skills
- We expect you to challenge your partners and play a key role in their growth
- You like to take initiative to help the team, your partners and your customers, you thrive in an autonomous environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit. "It's not my job" is not part of your vocabulary
