Hivos is seeking a strategic and experienced relationship-builder to serve as Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will lead the diversification and expansion of our funding base to deliver on our Ten Years to Turn the Tide strategy. You will connect with international and Dutch philanthropic networks, opening doors with grant-making family foundations, corporate grant-making entities, and other major philanthropic partners whose values align with Hivos' mission.
Responsibilities or duties
- Develop and secure new high-value funding opportunities and co-funding streams.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with international philanthropic partners.
- Map and engage the Dutch and global philanthropic landscapes to align donor priorities with Hivos programs.
