PASTRY CHEF

We are recruiting a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products.
• Develop new recipes and improve existing products.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen.
• Monitor ingredient stock and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Pastry, Baking, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
• Strong baking, decorating, and presentation skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to meet production deadlines.
