Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for people development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Oversee employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
