Qualifications
- Relevant diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant HR/People & Culture experience; hospitality experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of recruitment, employee records, HR administration and Kenyan employment practices.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
