Personal Assistant to the Director

Are you a highly organized, resourceful, and dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments?
Seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director... a trusted right hand who will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and executive support across multiple business functions.

This position calls for a proactive thinker and problem solver who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. You will work closely with the Director to ensure seamless execution of business objectives, efficient scheduling, and professional communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Director and internal/external partners.
Support project management initiatives and track key deliverables across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for business trips, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Identify and resolve challenges before they escalate.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5-8 years’ experience supporting senior executives or working in high-level administrative, operations, or leadership support roles. (References and proof of experience MUST be provided.)
Proven ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making under pressure.
Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Social Media Platforms and digital scheduling tools.
Must be based in Nairobi and willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
