Background
We are hiring a Pharmaceutical Technologist (Pharm Tech) to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications and providing support to pharmacists.
Responsibilities
The Pharmaceutical Technologist will be responsible for:
- Assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ensuring proper storage and inventory of pharmaceutical drugs.
- Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology/Pharmacy.
- 2 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosage, and dispensing practice.
- Must be registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
