Background

MYDAWA is seeking licensed Pharmaceutical Technologists to join their team. They are recruiting for one permanent position and four locum positions. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications while providing professional pharmaceutical care to support the delivery of quality telehealth services. Working closely with clinicians, customer service teams, and other operational stakeholders, you will help maintain the highest standards of patient care while contributing to an exceptional digital healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with professional standards.
• Provide customers with professional guidance on medication use, dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions through digital platforms.
• Review prescriptions for potential medication errors, contraindications, and drug interactions, escalating concerns to the appropriate clinician where necessary.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve medication-related concerns to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Maintain accurate dispensing records and ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy operations, patient safety, and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A valid pharmaceutical qualification is required.
• Licensed Pharmaceutical Technologists.
