Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and professionally.
  • Provide quality pharmaceutical and customer service.
  • Manage stock, including receiving, storage, expiry and batch tracking.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with PPB requirements and company SOPs.
  • Monitor and report stock discrepancies, losses and other pharmacy-related issues.
  • Support achievement of branch operational and service targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognised institution.
  • Valid PPB enrolment or practicing licence.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a community pharmacy.
  • Good knowledge of dispensing, stock management and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Good communication, customer service and computer skills. High level of integrity, accuracy and professionalism.
