Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing of investigational products and other concomitant medications;
  • Verifying and maintaining information relating to study participants
  • Dispensing of investigational products and other concomitant medications;
  • Verifying and maintaining information relating to study participants
  • Ordering and recording of drugs and other supplies;
  • Custody and storing of drugs;
  • Ensuring that the working environment meets the stipulated requirements
  • Perform data entry and timely resolution of queries raised;
  • Ensuring accountability of study drugs and all section related consumables
  • Timely compilation and sharing of section reports
  • Participate in development of section documents including SOPs
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

Vacancy Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Mandatory
  • Registration Certificate issued by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board Mandatory
  • Valid practicing license Mandatory
  • Proficiency in computer application; Mandatory
  • Demonstrated work performance and results Mandatory
  • Planning and Organizational skills; Mandatory
  • Communication and reporting skills; Mandatory
  • Interpersonal skills; Mandatory
  • Creativity and Innovativeness; Mandatory
  • Critical thinking skills Mandatory
  • Team player. Mandatory
