Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership of pharmacy services. The role is critical in ensuring safe medication management, regulatory compliance, efficient pharmaceutical supply systems, and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations and personnel.
- Ensure safe storage, dispensing, and rational use of medication.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory using best practices (FEFO).
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
- Monitor medication safety, errors, and adverse drug events.
- Support clinical teams with drug information and therapy management.
- Drive cost-effective pharmaceutical utilization and budget control.
- Train, mentor, and supervise pharmacy staff.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
- Valid Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) practicing license
- 3-5 years of relevant hospital/clinical pharmacy experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
