Responsibilities

The Physiotherapist Technician will be responsible for:

• Assisting physiotherapists in patient assessment and treatment.
• Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed.
• Maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
• Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Valid registration with the relevant professional body.
• Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience

Previous experience as a Physiotherapist Technician is an advantage.
