The Opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated Physiotherapist who is equally comfortable supporting a child’s developmental journey as they are managing adult rehabilitation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Holistic Care: Autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage clinical cases across both pediatric and adult populations (musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-trauma).
  • Systemic Order & SOPs: Take shared ownership of clinical quality by maintaining precise and transparent documentation according to our clear Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Sustainable Innovation: Contribute ideas for community-focused income-generating programs to secure the department’s long-term self-sustainability.
  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in scheduled training sessions.

Professional Qualifications

  • A recognized Diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration and a current Practicing License from the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of clinical practice in a hospital setup.

Personal & Cultural Traits

  • Good communication skills needed to easily connect with young children and adult patients alike.
