Responsibilities or duties
Create Work Breakdown Structures: Instruct on the decomposition of complex projects into smaller, manageable work packages to facilitate task allocation.
Develop Gantt Charts and Schedules: Provide practical training on developing detailed project timelines using scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) to visualize dependencies.
Design Quality Management Plans: Guide students in establishing quality criteria and quality assurance processes to meet project deliverables and client expectations.
Plan Resource Allocation: Develop models for students to allocate limited resources (human, material, financial) across multiple tasks without causing overallocation.
Establish Procurement Plans: Teach students to create a procurement schedule that identifies what needs to be bought, from whom, and when for project execution.
Develop Communication Protocols: Instruct on designing a project communication matrix that outlines who gets what information, in what format, and at what frequency.
