Job Summary

The Plant Maintenance & EHS Leader ensures equipment reliability and drives Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance across the plant. This role combines mechanical engineering expertise with EHS leadership, tailored for chemical manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Leadership & Asset Reliability: Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.

EHS Strategy & Compliance: Implement ISO 45001/14001 systems, ensure legal compliance, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.

Chemical Manufacturing Safety: Manage hazardous chemicals, process safety (PSM), and emergency response plans specific to chemical operations.

People Leadership: Develop maintenance and EHS training schedules, foster safety culture, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Utilize CMMS, drive OEE improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety.
