WE ARE HIRING
...on behalf of our client a construction company located in Eldoret for the positions of:
PLANT OPERATOR
- A valid operator’s license/certificate for the specific machine(s) operated.
- At least 3 years of proven experience operating heavy construction equipment in road, dam, or building projects.
- Sound knowledge of machine operation, safety, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and ensure proper daily inspection of assigned equipment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
SITE ENGINEER
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project supervision, planning, and quality control.
- Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications.
SURVEYOR
- At least a Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in topographic surveys, setting out works, and use of survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Leveling instruments).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
