GDC - GEOTHERMAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY NAKURU BRANCH - WE ARE HIRING

Plant Operators - 3 Positions

• Operate and monitor geothermal plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

JOB SUMMARY

• GDC Nakuru Branch seeks qualified, motivated, and dedicated professionals to support our geothermal development operations.
• The successful candidates will contribute to sustainable geothermal power development, procurement, logistics, and plant operations in Nakuru.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field (Purchasing/Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering/Mechanical, or related)
• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience for the respective role; fresh graduates encouraged for Plant Operator roles.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, teamwork, knowledge of Kenyan public procurement procedures an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
