Responsibilities
- Develop Implementation Plans: Create detailed action plans and timelines for putting new government policies into effect across complex bureaucratic structures.
- Measure Policy Outcomes: Train students to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of a policy in achieving its stated goals.
- Conduct Impact Assessments: Guide students on conducting social and economic impact assessments to measure the real-world consequences of policies.
- Identify Policy Gaps: Teach students how to analyze feedback and data to identify gaps or unintended consequences of current policies.
- Manage Bureaucratic Resistance: Instruct on strategies to manage bureaucracy and secure buy-in from frontline public servants for new policies.
- Utilize Evidence-Based Feedback: Teach how to use evaluation findings to recommend improvements, extensions, or terminations of policies in a continuous learning loop.
