JOB DETAILS:
Political Analyst Role
Key Responsibilities:
Political/voter analysis, campaign strategy, polls/surveys, messaging, manifesto development, opposition monitoring, stakeholder mapping, IEBC compliance, voter mobilization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Political Science, Public Policy, IR or related (Master’s preferred).
Experience needed:
3–7 years’ experience in political campaigns, governance, or research.
Performance Expectations:
Deliver ward-level strategy in 30 days, weekly reports, polling, voter engagement.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
