Your Purpose

As a Pool Attendant on board, you play a crucial role in creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable poolside experience for our guests. With a keen eye for detail and a warm, welcoming attitude, you ensure that our pool areas remain inviting and well-maintained at all times. Your Journey So Far

• You have proven experience as a Pool Attendant or in a similar hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment.
• You hold relevant certifications in pool safety and sanitation, ensuring a thorough understanding of hygiene and health standards.
• You are fluent in English (oral and written), enabling clear communication with guests and crew; additional languages are a plus.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
• You are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, handling tasks such as lifting and moving poolside furniture when necessary.
• You have experience in monitoring and upholding safety regulations, ensuring guests adhere to guidelines for their well-being.

Your Essentials

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, cleanliness, and guest safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.
