Portfolio Lead Officers (PLO)

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive loan disbursement targets through quality client acquisition.
  • Conduct client appraisal, vetting, and risk assessment.
  • Maintain sustainable portfolio growth and strong client retention.
  • Monitor portfolio health including PAR, EDR, and default rates.
  • Lead collections and recovery actions for delinquent accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, SOPs, and operational controls.
  • Supervise and guide the Portfolio Support Officer (PSO).
  • Track and report portfolio performance.
