Pharo School Nairobi is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) Teachers to join our Pre-Primary team. The ECDE Teacher will play a key role in supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 3 to 5, providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that lays a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children's learning and development across key areas.
• Monitor, document and communicate children's progress.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues and participate in school programs.

• Play-Based Learning

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood or pre-primary setting.
• Experience with play-based learning, child-centred pedagogy is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Patience, creativity, warmth, and a genuine love for working with young children.
