Qualifications
All Candidates Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP / ECOP) is a MUST
- Current registration with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) required
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Management OR 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management within Insurance or Financial Services
Additional Details
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
