Position : Price Checking Controller

Location: Nairobi

Net Pay: 35k - 40k

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Price Checking Controller to join a retail and wholesale operations team for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products are accurately priced, labeled, and updated in the ERP/POS system to support customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company pricing policies.

• Verify and maintain accurate product prices in the ERP system.
• Conduct daily price checks on shelves and displays.
• Update price tags, promotional labels, and barcode information.
• Ensure promotional offers and discounts are correctly implemented.
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between shelves and tills.
• Conduct regular pricing audits and stock checks.
• Generate pricing and variance reports for management.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock control activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and finance teams on pricing updates.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in retail operations, stock control, or pricing management.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
