JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To provide strategic financial stewardship for the directorate by overseeing the entire spectrum of public financial management, including treasury operations, budget execution, payroll administration, and statutory reporting. The Principal Officer is responsible for establishing robust internal controls, ensuring adherence to the Public Finance Management Act, and providing timely, accurate financial information to guide executive decision-making.
